SAUNDERS John I

1769 18 Sep. ‘Bristol, Saturday, September 16 … Yesterday in the Afternoon, John Saunders, a Potter, of this City, and many years one of the Turnkeys at Newgate, was found drowned in the River near Temple-Backs’ (Bath Chronicle – information Marek Lewcun).
