MORTIMER Emily

Born c1870 in Exeter, Devon (91C).

1890 21 Jan. An inquest was held into the death of Alfred Mortimer, aged 11 months, the illegitimate child of Emily Mortimer, who had been found dead in bed. The mother said that she was employed at a pottery and lived with her parents at 30 Aberdeen Street, St Philip’s Marsh (Bristol Mercury).

Greenland and Mr G. Tyler (Western Daily Press).
