Born c1846 in St Philip’s parish, the brother of Joseph Holbrook, the husband of Elizabeth Holbrook, the father of William Holbrook II and the step-father of Charles White and Pridence Poole (PPR, 81C, 91C, 01C, 11C).

HOLLISTER Stephen Alfred

The Pottery had been run by Alfred Niblett and the Pottery was still one of Niblett’s assets when he was declared bankrupt in 1888. It seems likely that Stephen Alfred Hollister was running the Pottery, probably on Niblett’s behalf, for only a short period of time.
