Described as a potter at the Bristol Pottery, aged 32, she committed suicide by jumping off the Bath Bridge into the River Avon, after being injured in a fight with another woman outside the Bird in Hand pub in Temple Meads. She was the sister of Ellen Thomas, the wife of the potter James Thomas (Bristol Mercury). |
