Born c1861 in Hanham, Gloucestershire (91C).

1891 Stoker at potteries, 2 South Parade, St Philip’s parish (30), living with his wife Isabella (30), born in Exmouth, Devon, and children Joseph (6) and Lilley (2), both born in Exmouth (91C).
