1728 11 Jul. A potter of Bristol, he stood surety of £10 for the appearance of Richard Owen at the next Sessions (T).
1729 3 Jun. ‘Joseph Thrall agt John Smith, potter of Redcliff Hill. Thursday June 3 1729 Pltf. proved Deft. indebted to him 2s.2½d for Geneva and Tobacco sold. Ordered it be pd. with costs in a month’ (C). See also Joseph Thrall.
