1740 3 Aug. His son, Nathaniel, was baptised (RPR).
1742 25 Oct. John, son of George Cantle, potter, baptised (RPR).
1757 28 Nov. He was described as a potter, deceased, when his son, John, was apprenticed to Abraham Watson, mariner (A).
