Born c1834 in St Philip’s parish, husband of Mary Ann Young, the son-in-law of Thomas Young III and the father of Henry Young (51C, PPR, 01C).

1851 17 Great George Street, St Philip’s parish (17), living with his parents Moses and Ann Young, a fishmonger (51C).
1859 16 Jan. Great George Street, St Philip’s parish (24), the son of Moses Young, a labourer, he married Mary Ann Murphy (27) of Lodge Court, Great George Street, the daughter of Patrick Murphy, a labourer (PPR).
1861 3 Eugene Street, St Philip’s parish (26), living with his wife Mary Ann (28) a potter, born in Bristol (61C).
1871 25 Atlas Terrace, St Philip’s parish (35), living with his wife Mary Ann (40), a hawker, born in Newport, South Wales (71C)
1875 6 Sep. Redcross Street, St Philip’s parish (40) a widow, the son of Moses Young, a labourer, he married Emily Young (35) of Redcross Street, the daughter of Thomas Young, a potter (PPR).
1878-84 138 Pennywell Road, St Philip’s parish (PPR).
