1871 Possibly the Thomas Poole, gate keeper, widower, 1 Redcliffe Mead Lane, St Mary Redcliffe parish (66), born in Seavington, Somerset, living with his daughter Eliza (37), born in Bedminster (71C).
1871 2 Dec. ‘Died November 25, Mr Thomas Poole, for 18 years in the employ of Messrs Powell and Sons, Temple Gate Pottery, aged 66’ (Bristol Mercury).
