Born c1827 in Bedminster, the son-in-law of Richard Hole (51C, 71C).

1846 19 Jul. Regent Street, Bedminster, the son of James Plummer, a whipmaker, he married Jane Hole of Regent Street, the daughter of Richard Hole, a potter (JBPR).
1849 11 Mar. Avon Street, St Philip’s parish on the baptism of his daughter Frances Masters (born 7 Feb 1849).  Wife Jane (PPR).
1851 Potter’s labourer, lodging at 7 Adelaide Place, St Mary Redcliffe parish (24), a widower (51C).
1857 12 Apr. Adelaide Place, Chatterton Square, St Mary Redcliffe parish (30), widower, the son of James Plummer, a whip maker, he married Fanny Bessex (19) of Adelaide Cottage, the daughter of William Bessex, a haulier (RPR).
1858 Slare Cottages, Chatterton Square, St Mary Redcliffe parish on the baptism of his son Henry James George.  Wife Fanny (RPR).
1861 Potter’s dipper, 1 Wellington Court, Bedminster (34), living with his wife Fanny (22) born in Bristol and children (61C).
1871 18 Colston Street, Bedminster (43), living with his wife Fanny (32), born in Bedminster, and children (71C).
1881 He had probably died as his daughter Fanny (10), was living in The New Orphan Houses, Ashley Down (81C).
