Born c1829 in Bristol (71C).

1868 6 Sep. Temple parish on the baptism of his son George Stephen.  Wife Esther (TPR).
1871 Potters labourer, 14 Avon Street, Temple parish (42) living with his daughter Sarah (6) born in Bristol (71C).
1872 2 Nov. Described as working at a pottery and ‘a tough looking fellow’, he was charged with assaulting a woman named Mary Llewellyn with whom he cohabited, who also worked at the same pottery. He was bound over on the sum of £10 to keep the peace for six months (Bristol Mercury).
